  • Nola Turnbull

    Community Engagement Officer

Nola was first introduced to aged care in 2016, after discovering that retirement wasn’t quite for her. Her ability to connect and relate to clients quickly grew into a deep passion for helping older people live with dignity and independence.

Following a short break from work due to illness, Nola returned to the community with renewed determination. She noticed many seniors had little to no understanding of the aged care system or the services available to them. Determined to bridge this gap, she began working voluntarily, making it her mission to reach as many elderly people as possible and guide them on their aged care journey.

Nola joined Rose Life Care after a casual catch-up with Bronwyn, who immediately recognised and encouraged her genuine — and almost obsessive — passion for supporting seniors.
