How do I get started with services?

Getting started is easy. Just give us a call, and we’ll walk you through the options. Whether you’re privately funded or applying for a Home Care Package, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

What is a Home Care Package (HCP)?

A Home Care Package is a government-funded program that helps older Australians access personalised in-home care. Packages come in four levels, depending on the amount of support you need. Once approved, we help you manage the funding and create a care plan that suits you.

Can you help me apply for government funding?

Yes, absolutely. We’re here to make the process simple and stress-free. We’ll help you apply for a Home Care Package and support you through every stage — from assessment to approval and beyond.

What services do you provide?

We offer a wide range of in-home care services, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, respite, transport, cleaning, companionship, and more. Every plan is tailored to suit your individual needs.

What if I don’t have government funding yet?

You don’t need to wait. We offer private care for individuals who haven’t yet been approved for funding or would prefer to get started straight away. It’s flexible, and we’ll build a plan that works for you.

Can I pay privately if I’m not eligible for funding?

Yes. We offer flexible private care with no waitlists or assessments required. It’s a great option if you’d like to begin services quickly or need extra support in addition to your Home Care Package.

Who will be coming into my home?

We understand how important trust and consistency are. We take great care in matching you with the right support worker and aim to keep the same familiar faces wherever possible.

Do I get to choose my carer?

Yes, your comfort matters to us. We involve you in the matching process, and if you ever feel a particular carer isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you to find someone who is.

Is there a waitlist?

We currently do not have a waitlist and our books are open to all Home Care Package clients.

What areas do you service?

We currently operate in the Wide Bay region and have recently expanded to the Mid North Coast in NSW — with more areas to come! If you're unsure whether we service your area, just get in touch and we’ll let you know.
